I am seriously wondering who can operate on a man who wants to look like a tiger and keep their license. Also - how does he eat with those fangs?? Does he bite his MASSIVE lips all the time. These are my thoughts.
I think plastic surgery is one of those fields that are less regulated. They can basically do what they want as long as you're willing to pay.I assume some of them have a conscious, like people who rebuild a person after major burns, but I would bet more are the boob-enhancing people.
